King Koil Irish-made mattress and divan bed in neutral bedroom setting – chiropractor approved back care bed

When it comes to choosing a bed that offers exceptional comfort and genuine back care, King Koil is a name that stands apart. Handcrafted in Ireland since 1982 under exclusive licence at the Kellett Group facility in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, King Koil is trusted by generations of sleepers for its clinically backed support systems and luxurious feel.

At Dalzell’s of Markethill, we’re proud to be a leading retailer of King Koil beds and mattresses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. From back care specialists to hotel-grade comfort, King Koil offers something for every sleeper and every bedroom.

A Trusted Irish Brand with a Global Standard

King Koil is more than just an Irish success story. It’s the only bed collection in the world endorsed by the International Chiropractors Association (ICA),  a mark of clinical credibility and a testament to its commitment to spinal health and proper sleeping posture.

Other orthopaedic mattresses often rely on over-firm fillings, King Koil beds are engineered for balanced support. Designed in collaboration with chiropractic experts, King Koil mattresses focus on:

  • Promoting spinal alignment

  • Supporting natural sleep posture

  • Distributing body weight evenly

  • Reducing pressure points for deeper, restorative sleep

Not Just Comfortable – Clinically Backed

The partnership with the International Chiropractors Association, based in the United States, reflects King Koil’s dedication to building beds that support your back, not just cushion it. Every mattress is crafted with a unique set of features to enhance spinal support without compromising on comfort, whether you’re choosing a plush pillow-top or a firmer feel for posture support.

King Koil has for over 40 years been a leading supplier of hotel mattresses throughout Ireland and the UK, trusted by luxury hotels, guesthouses and boutique accommodation providers for long-lasting comfort and quality.
